Dama N.V. Faces Multiple Warnings

Dama N.V. has received warnings for operating a multitude of unauthorized platforms, including SpinsUP, Rebellion Casino, MoonWin, Lucky Friends, Golden Star Casino, and N1 Bet.

ACMA’s investigation revealed that these services were offering both casino games and betting products without the necessary Australian licenses.

These platforms, accessible through various URLs, were found to be actively providing gambling services to customers located within Australia, a clear violation of the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (IGA).

Luster N.V. Warned For Eddy Vegas Operation

In a separate action, Luster N.V. was issued a warning for operating the Eddy Vegas platform.

This platform was found to be offering casino-style games of chance to Australian customers, a direct breach of subsection 15(2A) of the IGA.

The investigation confirmed that the service at eddyvegas.com was in violation of Australian law.

Interactive Gambling Act Violations

The Interactive Gambling Act prohibits the provision of unlicensed interactive gambling services to Australian residents. This legislation emphasizes the need for compliance to protect players and maintain the integrity of the market.

The sites operated by Dama N.V. and Luster N.V. failed to meet these regulatory requirements, leading to the formal warnings issued by ACMA. These actions serve as a reminder that operating without proper licensing will not be tolerated in the Australian market.
