Apparat Gaming Expands Presence With bwin

Apparat Gaming has entered a new agreement with bwin to distribute 43 of its slot titles on the operator’s German-facing platform. The rollout gives bwin one of the widest Apparat portfolios available under Germany’s regulatory framework. Both sides highlight that further expansion depends on pending approvals from the national regulator.

Agreement Increases Apparat’s Reach

Apparat Gaming has integrated 43 slot games into bwin’s offering, reinforcing its position among Germany’s regulated operators. Bwin, part of the Entain Group, now features one of the largest sets of Apparat titles currently eligible under German rules. The partnership arrives at an important moment for Apparat, as bwin was one of the remaining major brands not yet hosting its content.

The developer, known for its engineering-driven approach and strong visual design, has included popular titles such as Total Eclipse XXL, 5 Moon Wolf, Fishin’ the Biggest and Gates of Ishtar. Future releases, including Piggy Balloons, are also covered by the agreement.

Martin Frindt, Chief Product Partnership at Apparat Gaming, said:

“It’s great to see that bwin understands the language we speak, even though the casino team is made up of Austrians, and has opted to add our slots with a German accent to its game lobby.”

He added:

“We now just hope that the German regulator GGL will approve the remaining games as soon as possible.”

bwin Strengthens Position in German Market

For bwin, the addition of Apparat content supports its strategy to offer locally relevant portfolios while competing in a regulated landscape. The operator aims to appeal to German players by incorporating titles designed with a distinct market identity. The collaboration is part of a broader effort to enhance platform depth and adapt to regional expectations. With a growing catalogue and a strong domestic focus, the content aims to support bwin’s long-term positioning in Germany.

Wanja Richter, Director of Gaming North and Central Europe at Entain, said:

“Providing players with access to the best content in the business is a major part of our success story to date, and to be able to offer German players slots that have been developed by Apparat Gaming and that truly capture the essence of Germany is a slam dunk for us.”

He added:

“We are happy to finally be working with Apparat and hope to get their upcoming games content approved as quickly as possible!”
