AskGamblers Surpasses 700,000 Members Amid Platform Expansion
AskGamblers has reached a new milestone, surpassing 700,000 registered members nearly two decades after its launch. Over the years, the platform has resolved more than 30,000 complaints and helped return over $69.6 million to players.

Commitment to Player Protection
AskGamblers offers various responsible gambling tools, including self-exclusion options and betting limits. These features aim to promote safer gaming experiences while providing users with essential resources for responsible play.
Leadership’s Perspective on Growth
Dijana Radunović, General Manager at AskGamblers, highlighted the significance of reaching this milestone.
She stated, “Reaching 700,000 registered players is an extraordinary achievement. While it’s exciting to see new players joining daily, what truly stands out is their continued engagement and activity on the site.”
Acquisition and Player Fund Recovery
The achievement follows AskGamblers’ acquisition by GiG from Catena Media in late 2023 for €45 million ($47.2 million).
During the same year, the platform recovered $9 million for players, reinforcing its reputation as a trusted mediator in the iGaming industry.
Platform Enhancements and New Features
AskGamblers has also expanded its offerings. The platform introduced a revamped sports betting section, which Radunović noted was the result of extensive development efforts.
“We spent countless hours fine-tuning the sports betting section to make it as appealing and helpful to players as possible,” she said.
Additionally, the second half of 2024 saw further enhancements, including the introduction of a live score feature.
The platform also made a donation of €106,500 to HISBAS, reflecting its commitment to corporate social responsibility.
