Niklas Lindahl, CEO of Forvana Gaming, reflects on the vision behind Forvana Gaming and discusses the company’s foundational values, long-term goals, and the challenges it aims to tackle as a new player in the iGaming industry.
You were recently recognized on the iGamingExpress “Masters of iGaming Marketing” list. How does this acknowledgment reflect your career journey?
I’m incredibly proud and humbled to be recognized on the iGamingExpress “Masters of iGaming Marketing” list, especially given the fierce competition in this industry. It’s rewarding to see that the work I’ve put in continues to make an impact even as time passes. I’ve been working in marketing since 2008 and throughout the years, I’ve had the opportunity to meet and collaborate with many talented individuals. As I mentioned in a comment on LinkedIn when the news was announced, no achievement is ever a solo effort. There’s always a strong team behind any success I’ve had and I’m grateful for the support and teamwork that has brought me here.
What exactly is Forvana Gaming and could you introduce this new venture to us in the context of the iGaming industry?
Forvana Gaming is currently a small, dynamic team of highly skilled individuals with a shared vision of building something truly remarkable in the iGaming space.
While I can’t provide specific details just yet, I can say that we are positioning ourselves to challenge some of the well-established brands across multiple segments of the industry.
What sets us apart is our foundational culture. We are focused on excellence, not just in the products we deliver to the market, but also in how we approach our everyday work. In today’s corporate world, there’s no shortage of buzzwords and trendy workshops. However, I believe that true success comes from rewarding hard work, integrity, honesty, and initiative—qualities that should be ingrained in every professional. No fancy slogans or onboarding courses can replace those values.

What inspired the creation of this new company?
The idea for Forvana Gaming was born from a shared vision between our Seattle-based ownership group and myself. We wanted to build something distinctive, something that would stand out for the right reasons. Our goal was to assemble the best talent in the industry and create exceptional products and experiences for our customers.
Seattle has a rich history of producing some of the world’s most iconic companies (like Microsoft, Amazon, Expedia, and Starbucks) and we felt it was time for an iGaming company to rise from this innovative hub as well. The city’s entrepreneurial spirit, combined with our deep knowledge of the iGaming industry, has given us the perfect foundation to bring Forvana to life.
Can you share the long-term vision you have for Forvana Gaming in terms of innovation and market growth?
Our long-term vision is focused on entering and dominating 3-4 key verticals within the iGaming industry. While I can’t disclose specifics just yet, I can tell you that our goal is to disrupt the market by setting new standards and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in this space. Whether through innovation in technology, user experience, or operational efficiency, we aim to raise the bar and redefine what players and partners should expect from an iGaming operator.
Forvana Gaming emphasizes being “Focused, Quick and Committed.” How do these core values influence your approach to product development and customer engagement?
These values are at the heart of everything we do. In product development, being focused means cutting through the noise and zeroing in on what truly matters—delivering features and updates that enhance the player experience, without unnecessary delays. It’s about commitment to efficiency and excellence.
In terms of customer engagement, speed is key. When issues arise, they must be addressed quickly and thoroughly to ensure the customer experience remains positive. We are committed to being responsive, proactive and always ready to go the extra mile to deliver a superior gaming experience. At Forvana, we believe that creating great products isn’t enough—we must also build trust and loyalty by being there for our customers every step of the way.
What are some of the key challenges you expect Forvana to face as a new player in the iGaming space?
Challenges are inevitable, but we view them as opportunities to grow and improve. One of my favorite mottos, borrowed from the Navy SEALs, is: “The only easy day was yesterday.” Every day presents new challenges and it’s through overcoming them that we earn our place in this competitive industry.
From navigating regulatory complexities to standing out in a crowded market, we’re ready to face whatever comes our way. Rather than fearing challenges, we embrace them because they push us to be better and more innovative. It’s through these challenges that we’ll prove ourselves and continue to earn our success.
What markets are you currently targeting with Forvana Gaming and are there any plans to expand into new regions in the near future?
As I mentioned earlier, I can’t go into specifics regarding the markets we’re targeting right now. However, I can say that our strategic expansion plans are already in motion and we’re carefully considering several key regions. You’ll see soon enough where and when Forvana Gaming makes its mark—we’re confident that our presence will be felt strongly once we do. Stay tuned!
