Aviator LLC Secures Exclusive Licensing Deal and Wins Legal Dispute Over Trademark Infringement

Aviator LLC has granted Aviator Studio an exclusive, irrevocable global license for its branding and intellectual property. Additionally, the company has successfully defended its trademark rights in Georgia.

Exclusive Licensing Agreement

Aviator LLC, the entity behind the original Aviator crash game, has entered into a significant licensing agreement with Aviator Studio. This deal grants Aviator Studio the exclusive rights to use the Aviator branding and intellectual property worldwide, covering both gambling services and online game development.

Legal Victory in Georgia

Aviator LLC has also achieved a key legal victory in its ongoing efforts to protect its intellectual property. On February 17, the Court of Appeal in Georgia upheld a previous ruling against SPRIBE OU, determining that the company had improperly registered Aviator LLC’s trademarks.

The court found that SPRIBE OU had direct access to the Aviator brand and airplane logo when introducing its own crash game on a Georgian platform, leading to a violation of Aviator LLC’s copyright.

Ongoing Legal Battles in Europe and the UK

Beyond Georgia, Aviator LLC continues to challenge trademark disputes in other jurisdictions. Legal proceedings are underway at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and in the United Kingdom, where SPRIBE OU is facing final deadlines to respond after receiving multiple extensions.

Aviator LLC remains firm in its commitment to safeguarding its intellectual property rights and taking legal measures against unauthorized use.
