BETER Appoints Adam Conway to Lead Esports Division Amid Expansion Plans
BETER has named Adam Conway as the new General Manager of its Esports Business Unit, a move intended to support the company’s growth in fast-betting esports content and further develop its ESportsBattle offering.

Industry Veteran Brings Two Decades of Experience
Adam Conway joins BETER after more than ten years at SIS, where he held senior roles including Global Head of Esports and Competitive Gaming, and earlier, Head of Trading. Prior to SIS, Conway served as Head of Trading at Ladbrokes and held key positions in other betting firms. He brings over 20 years of experience in developing high-performing trading teams and launching betting products across multiple verticals.
Gal Ehrlich, CEO of BETER, welcomed the appointment, stating:
“Adam’s background in esports is unmatched, and we are thrilled to have him on board as we continue to enhance our esports offering, especially our flagship ESportsBattle tournaments. We’re already the go-to provider for fast-betting content, data, and live streaming in esports and sports. With Adam as our Esports General Manager, we’re confident we’ll strengthen that leadership and further distance ourselves from the competition.”
At BETER, Conway will focus on scaling the company’s in-house esports events, which are already produced at high volume. The ESportsBattle series – covering eFootball, eBasketball, and eHockey – will soon add eCricket and eTennis to its growing portfolio.
Expanding Content and Strengthening Market Position
In his new role, Conway will oversee a team of more than 200 specialists and 500 professional esports athletes. Together, they deliver over 500,000 fast-betting events annually across four countries. His mandate includes expanding the number of daily matches, developing new disciplines, and driving innovation in betting markets.
Adam Conway expressed enthusiasm about joining the company:
“It’s an honour to join BETER and contribute my extensive experience in trading and product development to such a pioneering company. BETER is the undisputed market leader, and I’m excited to help ensure it remains at the forefront—delivering exceptional products to operator partners and bettors alike.”
He will also work closely with global industry bodies such as the Esports Integrity Commission (ESIC) and the International Betting Integrity Association (IBIA), reinforcing BETER’s commitment to operational transparency and fair play.
