BetGames Appoints Maciej Smolarek as Chief Technology Officer
BetGames has named Maciej Smolarek as its new Chief Technology Officer. With experience in both RNG and Live gaming, Smolarek will lead the company’s technology division as it expands its RNG content portfolio and continues commercial scaling into 2025.
Broad Expertise in iGaming and Software Engineering
Smolarek brings over a decade of experience in software development and leadership of high-performance engineering teams. He entered the gaming industry in 2016 and has since served as R&D Director of Business Applications at Huuuge Games and CTO at Yggdrasil.
His track record includes launching RNG products at scale and building sustainable engineering teams, positioning him well to support BetGames’ ambitions in content diversification.
Focus on RNG Growth and Product Quality
As CTO, Smolarek will oversee efforts to improve product quality, technical stability, and the user experience across BetGames’ offerings. He will work closely with in-house engineering teams to develop new titles in both RNG and Live categories.
The appointment aligns with the company’s strategy to expand its RNG vertical, complementing its established presence in the Live Casino segment.
