CreedRoomz was launched in 2019 as part of BetConstruct’s live casino division and later evolved into an independent brand within the same corporate group. Its headquarters are located in Yerevan, Armenia, where most of its production and studio operations take place.

In 2025 CreedRoomz formed a strategic partnership with GR8 Tech to integrate its live casino portfolio into GR8 Tech’s iGaming platform. The collaboration expanded CreedRoomz’s global reach and strengthened its B2B network.
