Origins and Leadership

Founded in 2010, Delasport has grown from a niche B2B provider into a full-scale iGaming technology partner. The company continues to operate under the direction of owner Avi Shemesh.

A pivotal moment came in 2021 with the appointment of Oren Cohen Shwartz as CEO. With previous leadership roles at William Hill, EveryMatrix, and Skywind Group, Shwartz brought both strategic insight and operational depth. Under his leadership, Delasport has expanded into multiple regulated markets and matured its offering into a modular, enterprise-grade solution for sportsbook and casino operators worldwide.

Product portfolio

Delasport’s flagship product, DelaSports, is a comprehensive sportsbook solution handling over 100,000 pre-match and 70,000 live events each month. The platform supports over 125 sports, including esports and virtual sports, and includes features such as cash-out, bet builder, personalization tools, and a mobile-first UI.

On the casino side, DelaCasino aggregates thousands of titles from leading suppliers such as Play’n GO, Pragmatic Play, Betsoft, and Spinomenal. Operators can integrate the full-stack platform or opt for the iFrame sportsbook, a streamlined solution for faster integration and compliance. This model has been adopted by operators in Europe, Latin America, and Southeast Asia.

The company’s proprietary Player Account Management system (Orbit) handles player onboarding, KYC, segmentation, loyalty, and responsible gaming functions — all unified within a single interface. This is tied to Delasport’s in-house odds feed and risk management suite, enabling operators to optimize margins, automate trading, and monitor betting behaviors in real time.

Licensing and Market Presence

Delasport holds over 30 licenses and certifications across regulated jurisdictions. It operates under the oversight of the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) and holds full certification from Spillemyndigheden in Denmark. As of mid-2025, Delasport has also received a UK Gambling Commission B2B (Remote Software) licence, expanding its direct commercial capabilities in the United Kingdom.

In Brazil, the company is undergoing final platform certification, including GLI testing and integration with the SIGAP reporting framework. It is also advancing its regulatory presence in South Africa, Peru, and the Dominican Republic, positioning itself for long-term growth in high-potential markets.

Delasport is ISO 27001 certified, reflecting its focus on information security, data protection, and full regulatory alignment.

Delasport powers a broad spectrum of operators, from white-label providers to established B2C brands. As of 2025, key commercial partners include OKBET, Ocean88, and several regional sportsbook operators across Asia and Latin America.

In 2024, Delasport strengthened its modular ecosystem by integrating with OMEGA Systems, allowing external platforms to deploy Delasport’s sportsbook and PAM components more flexibly — with full API access and microservice-ready architecture.
