Swintt

Swintt is a Malta-based iGaming content provider focused on localized slot development for regulated markets. Since its launch in 2019, the company has expanded across Europe and North America, offering over 150 certified titles under three product lines.

About Swintt

Company Origins

Swintt was founded in 2019 by a group of iGaming veterans and is headquartered in Sliema, Malta. The company launched with a clear focus on creating games tailored to local market preferences and compliance requirements. Within a few years, it secured B2B licences from both the Malta Gaming Authority and the UK Gambling Commission, enabling distribution to a wide range of regulated operators.

A major step in Swintt’s expansion came in 2024 with the acquisition of Elysium Studios, a Stockholm-based developer known for high-end graphics and feature-rich gameplay. This move brought a third product stream into the company’s portfolio and positioned Swintt to compete with higher-tier suppliers in key jurisdictions.

Product Portfolio

Swintt structures its content across three main verticals:

  • SwinttPremium – classic-style slots designed to resonate with players in markets like Germany and the Netherlands;

  • SwinttSelect – modern, mobile-first titles featuring advanced mechanics and contemporary visual design;

  • Elysium Studios – cinematic, high-volatility games targeting more mature iGaming audiences.

By 2025, the company had released over 120 titles, including Crystal Falls, Book of the East, Aloha Spirit XtraLock™, Mille Due Mille, and Piñateros. Table games and hybrid formats complement the slot catalogue, while ongoing releases maintain a fast development cycle. Each product is localized in terms of language, RTP configuration and compliance protocols.

Leadership and Structure

Swintt is led by CEO David Mann, who has overseen the company’s transition from a niche studio to a multi-market supplier. Mann is supported by Anthony Dalla-Giacoma, Chief Commercial Officer since 2025, and Etienne Azzopardi, Chief Operating Officer responsible for delivery and infrastructure.

The company operates under the umbrella of Glitnor Group, a Malta-based holding that also manages B2C casino and sportsbook brands. This structure gives Swintt commercial independence while benefiting from shared resources and long-term strategic support.

Global Expansion and Partnerships

Swintt’s content is live in 12 regulated markets, including: United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, Netherlands, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Greece, and Ontario (Canada).

Further launches are planned in Italy and Switzerland. The company maintains in-house legal and compliance teams to handle certifications and jurisdictional requirements.

Strategic distribution deals have supported this growth. Notable partnerships include:

  • Play North, operating Kansino and Pikakasino in the Netherlands and Finland;

  • Midnite.com, a UK-based sportsbook and casino platform;

  • Elantil, a multi-brand platform provider serving MGA and EU-regulated operators.

Compliance and Certification Standards

In 2025, Swintt earned ISO 27001:2022 certification, validating its commitment to information security and regulatory reliability. All games are developed in HTML5 and undergo extensive testing before release, including compliance checks for each target market.

The company offers flexible integration solutions via its proprietary platform or aggregation partners, with API support, localized settings, and dedicated technical support during rollout.
