David Mann to Leave Swintt After Six-Year Tenure as CEO

Swintt CEO David Mann will leave his role at the end of the year, bringing to a close more than six years with the company.

CEO Swintt Steps Down

David Mann joined Swintt as its first employee after founder David Flynn and moved through several senior commercial roles before becoming CEO in August 2022.

His time in the role coincided with a period of controlled expansion, including market entries in Scandinavia and Ontario through a partnership with Lucky7. Swintt also deepened its presence in Europe by launching its full slot portfolio on OneCasino following the platform’s acquisition by Glitnor Group.

Swintt Prepares for Leadership Transition

The company also broadened its executive structure during Mann’s tenure. One key appointment was Anthony Dalla-Giacoma, who joined as CCO after previous roles at Quickspin and NetEnt. He was tasked with leading commercial operations as Swintt targeted additional jurisdictions.

Mann will remain with Swintt and Glitnor Group until the end of 2025 to support the transition before moving into a new role in January. Reflecting on his departure, he said:

“At the end of the year, I’ll be hanging up the Swintt hoodie for the last time as I wrap up after 6.5 years.

“It’s been quite a journey – from the early days of building the furniture and signing our first partners, to growing a team that pushed the Swintt brand into the market, expanding into new jurisdictions, and seeing our games live with some of the biggest operators in the industry.”

With Mann preparing to exit, Swintt is set for a shift at the top as it enters its next phase of development. The company has not yet announced his successor.
