GR8 Tech has appointed Edward Smyshliaiev as its new Chief Technology Officer. The leadership shift aims to further solidify the company’s technical capabilities and support its platform-driven growth.

Edward Smyshliaiev brings more than 20 years of experience in software engineering, artificial intelligence, and large-scale digital transformation. As the newly appointed CTO, his role will be centered on streamlining development, building high-performing teams, and advancing GR8 Tech’s platform architecture to support global scalability.

Internal Reorganization of Leadership
Artur Ashyrov, who previously served in a dual capacity as Deputy CEO and CTO, will now focus entirely on operational leadership. He will continue to support GR8 Tech’s technology direction through the internal Innovation Sprint program—an initiative designed to foster innovation and boost technical competence across teams.
