EuroMillions Ticket in the UK Secures $35m Prize
A EuroMillions ticket purchased in the United Kingdom matched all numbers in the Friday, October 3 draw, bringing the winner a life-changing $35 million. The holder now has 180 days to claim the prize.

UK’s Latest Multi-Million-Pound Victory
The winning ticket matched the main numbers 6, 12, 18, 25, 41, along with the Lucky Star numbers 2 and 6. This success follows another major lottery win in the UK that same week, with a separate player securing a £14.29 million jackpot from the National Lottery on the subsequent Saturday. The back-to-back large payouts highlight a fortunate period for lottery participants in the British market.
Allwyn, the National Lottery operator, confirmed the win and issued a standard call for the winner to come forward. Andy Carter, Senior Winners’ Adviser at Allwyn, stated:
“Players are now urged to check their tickets and to give us a call if they think they are tonight’s lucky winner.”
Claiming Deadlines and Unclaimed Prizes
The $35 million can be claimed within 180 days. In some cases, winners never step forward. Earlier this year, a $103 million EuroMillions jackpot went unclaimed. When this happens, the prize money is redirected to the National Lottery’s Good Causes Fund, which finances charitable projects across the UK.

Previous EuroMillions Wins in the UK
The UK has recently seen several large EuroMillions payouts. In January, a player claimed £83 million, followed by a £65 million win on Valentine’s Day. The biggest EuroMillions prize ever secured in the UK remains the £195 million jackpot from 2022.
Large jackpots have also appeared elsewhere in Europe. A family in Cork, Ireland, won £216 million in July, while in France a €210 million EuroMillions prize still awaits a winner.
