EveryMatrix Acquires Goma Gaming to Strengthen Front-End Development
EveryMatrix has expanded its product development capabilities with the acquisition of Goma Gaming, a UX-focused firm known for delivering front-end solutions for sports betting and online casino brands. The deal is designed to enhance the company’s ability to build differentiated user interfaces and improve customer engagement across global regulated markets.

Acquisition Expands EveryMatrix’s UX
EveryMatrix confirmed that it has acquired Goma Gaming, a UX specialist with two decades of consumer product design and digital experience. Goma has previously developed bespoke sports betting and casino front ends for tier-1 operators, and its team will continue to operate as an independent unit within the group. The acquisition gives EveryMatrix additional bandwidth to scale front-end development across both casino and sports products.
The new division will work alongside EveryMatrix’s existing front-end teams, adding flexibility and extending the company’s ability to deliver customised interfaces. According to the announcement, Goma’s UX platform has already delivered measurable benefits for major clients, including higher retention, longer player engagement and an average margin uplift of around 30%. Ebbe Groes, Group CEO & Co-founder at EveryMatrix, highlighted the strategic value of the acquisition. He said:
“Our front-end development has made huge strides, creating bespoke sites and features for some of our largest customers such as Bet-at-home and the Hungarian Lottery.
The addition of Goma means we will immediately have more front-end firepower to deploy and deliver to both existing and new sports and casino turnkey customers who require differentiation that moves the dial when it comes to higher retention, engagement, margin and revenues.
I’d like to welcome Andrew and his team and look forward to having them with us to further accelerate our rapid business growth.”
Groes added that he looks forward to welcoming the Goma team and accelerating the company’s growth trajectory.
Goma Gaming Looks to Scale Under New Ownership
Goma Gaming’s management emphasised that joining EveryMatrix provides the resources needed to expand operations and deliver larger-scale projects. The firm has spent the past five years building a reputation for UX-focused solutions that support modern player behaviour. Andrew Brown, CEO of Goma Gaming, said:
“We’ve made great progress developing Goma in the last five years, but joining the EveryMatrix Group now means we have greater resources to rapidly scale our capacity whenever it’s needed and to make an even bigger impact.
“Thank you to everyone who has supported us along the way and enabled us to get us to this stage. We can’t wait for the next phase of our journey as part of EveryMatrix.”
Goma will continue to work with global operators, now backed by EveryMatrix’s infrastructure and regulatory footprint, which currently covers more than 300 customers across 15 offices worldwide.
