EveryMatrix Submits SEK209.8 Million Bid to Acquire Fantasma Games

Betting software group EveryMatrix has formally submitted an offer to acquire Swedish game developer Fantasma Games for SEK209.8 million (€18.5 million). The offer includes a cash payment of SEK59 (€5.21) per share.

Offer Details and Acceptance Period

The acquisition offer was made public with an acceptance window running from September 19th to October 10th.

Fantasma Games’ Independent Bid Committee has already issued a statement recommending shareholders accept the bid, which adds further momentum to the proposed transaction.

Regulatory and Shareholder Approvals Needed

The successful acquisition of Fantasma Games by EveryMatrix will be contingent on both shareholder approval and necessary regulatory clearances.

If these conditions are met, EveryMatrix could soon take full control of the Stockholm-based developer.
