The facility, located in Cebu, Philippines, represents the company’s first direct presence in Asian markets and targets the country’s licensed online gambling framework.
Evolution Cebu Studio Launch Strategy and Game Portfolio Development
The studio development proceeded through a collaboration with One Visaya Gaming Corporation (OVG), providing Evolution with local market expertise and regulatory compliance support. This partnership structure allows the supplier to navigate Philippines gaming regulations while maintaining operational control over content delivery standards.
The Cebu facility launched with live Baccarat tables, reflecting local gaming preferences in the Philippine market. Evolution plans portfolio expansion throughout 2025, introducing game show formats including Lightning Roulette and Marble Race alongside the region-specific Super Color Game, developed specifically for Asian market preferences.
PAGCOR Compliance and Evolution’s €201.9 Million Asia Revenue Performance
The Cebu studio operates under PAGCOR regulatory standards, ensuring content delivery meets Philippines gambling authority requirements. Evolution CEO for Europe Gionata La Torre stated:
