GAMOMAT Launches Great Grizzly to Support Grizzly Bear Conservation
GAMOMAT, German slot game developer, has introduced its latest title, Great Grizzly, as part of its Gaming for the Climate initiative. The program, launched in 2021, aligns gaming with environmental conservation efforts. This new release marks the fifth addition to the initiative and will contribute to protecting grizzly bear habitats in North America through a partnership with the conservation organization Vital Ground.
Collaboration with Vital Ground
A portion of the revenue generated from Great Grizzly will directly support Vital Ground, a nationally recognized land trust dedicated to safeguarding and restoring key wildlife habitats. Since its establishment in 1990, the organization has worked to conserve over a million acres of critical land, aiming to reduce human-wildlife conflicts and maintain biodiversity.
Game Features and Mechanics
Set against the backdrop of North America’s vast wilderness, Great Grizzly immerses players in an environment ruled by the powerful grizzly bear. The game features a range of native wildlife symbols, including eagles, lynx, wolves, and deer, which can transform into the dominant bear symbol during special game features.
The slot’s free games mode offers multipliers of up to 27 times, triggered by landing three or more golden paw print symbols. Players can receive between 8 and 20 free games depending on the number of triggering symbols. Additionally, a golden grizzly bear feature enhances winnings by replacing other animal symbols with the high-value bear icon.
Expansion of the Gaming for the Climate Initiative
With the release of Great Grizzly, GAMOMAT continues to expand its environmentally conscious gaming portfolio. Previous titles under the initiative include Book of Oasis (supporting Healthy Seas), Monkey Mania (Borneo Orangutan Survival), Lava Lions (African Wildlife Foundation), and Alexandria Fire (WeForest).
