Gentoo Media Appoints Mads Haugegaard Albrechtsen as CFO
Gentoo Media has announced the appointment of Mads Haugegaard Albrechtsen as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective 1 March 2025. He will oversee the affiliate’s financial operations and strategic direction.
Leadership Transition at Gentoo Media
As part of this transition, current CFO Tore Formo will move into a newly created position as Company Secretary and Head of Corporate Governance. This shift aims to enhance corporate oversight while ensuring continuity in financial management.
Albrechtsen brings extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, risk management, and financial strategy. His background includes executive roles at Deloitte, where he spent three years as a partner. His expertise in capital structure and financial planning is expected to support Gentoo Media’s continued growth.
