GeoComply Appoints Kip Levin as New CEO

GeoComply has announced the appointment of Kip Levin as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective March 4. This leadership change marks a strategic move for the company, which specializes in geolocation security and fraud prevention solutions.

Kip Levin’s Industry Experience

Levin brings extensive experience from the sports betting and entertainment sectors. He previously held senior leadership roles at Flutter Entertainment, where he served as CEO of its U.S. operations and as President of FanDuel. His career also includes a 12-year tenure at Ticketmaster, where he led the company’s product and e-commerce initiatives, focusing on mobile and resale expansion. His expertise in scaling businesses and product innovation positions him to strengthen GeoComply’s market presence.

This transition allows co-founder Anna Sainsbury to take on the role of Executive Chairman, where she will concentrate on long-term strategy and governance. Meanwhile, co-founder David Briggs will shift his focus to product development and innovation as he transitions from his previous role as CPTO.
