Pozdnysheva Takes up Chief Client Officer Role at GR8 Tech

GR8 Tech has named Kateryna Pozdnysheva as its new Chief Client Officer, marking her first C-level position within the company. Having joined GR8 Tech in September 2021 as a Senior Product Manager, Pozdnysheva steadily advanced through the ranks, becoming CRM Product Head in August 2022 and later Head of the CRM Business Unit in December 2023.

Her promotion comes as part of GR8 Tech’s ongoing leadership transition, following the recent appointment of Oleksandr Feshchenko as CEO at the beginning of the year, succeeding Evgen Belousov.

Focus on Customer Satisfaction and Retention

In her new role, Pozdnysheva will oversee GR8 Tech’s customer engagement strategies, prioritizing key performance indicators such as the net promoter score (NPS) and customer satisfaction score (CSAT). These metrics are crucial in assessing client loyalty and overall satisfaction with the company’s offerings.

Beyond refining customer experience, Pozdnysheva will continue leading the CRM Business Unit, leveraging her expertise to enhance client retention strategies and support business growth.

Extensive Experience in Product and Client Relations

Before joining GR8 Tech, Pozdnysheva held key positions in various industries, including her role as Head of Developer Relations Group at Yandex, where she worked in machine learning technology. She also served as a Product Owner at Aejis, an engineering solutions firm. Her diverse background in technology and product management adds to her expertise in delivering client-focused solutions.

Pozdnysheva’s appointment follows a period of expansion for GR8 Tech. Earlier this year, the company secured an MGA Recognition Notice, allowing it to extend its services in Malta. The authorization supports the company’s growth in areas such as iGaming services, turnkey solutions, and casino aggregation products. Yevhen Krazhan, the company’s Chief Business Development Officer, described the milestone as a “big step for GR8 Tech.”
