IGT Global Solutions Corporation, a subsidiary of International Game Technology (IGT), has secured a five-year contract with the Organización Nacional de Ciegos Españoles (ONCE). This contract, which extends through 2029, involves printing a portion of ONCE’s instant lottery tickets, promising an exciting array of games for Spanish lottery players.
Enhancing the Instant Ticket Portfolio
Francisco José Martínez Palao, ONCE’s Director of Operations and Logistics and Head of the Lottery Production and Logistics Center, highlighted the strategic decision to reintroduce IGT’s diverse game content into their portfolio.
“ONCE continuously looks for ways to enhance our instant ticket portfolio, which is one of the reasons why we wanted to add IGT’s diverse game content back into our lineup,” he stated.
Palao emphasized that IGT’s products have significantly contributed to ONCE’s success for over two decades, and he believes that IGT’s variety of instant ticket games will continue to offer premier experiences for players.
IGT’s Commitment to ONCE
Jay Gendron, IGT’s Chief Operating Officer for Global Lottery, expressed enthusiasm about renewing the partnership. “IGT is pleased to once again be printing instant tickets for ONCE’s lottery players to enjoy,” Gendron said.
He noted IGT’s longstanding relationship as a trusted supplier of ONCE’s lottery central system and software maintenance services. Gendron looks forward to expanding IGT’s lottery portfolio in Spain by introducing new and engaging instant ticket themes.
A Longstanding Partnership
IGT has been a key partner for ONCE for over 20 years, providing essential products and services that support the organization’s lottery operations. This new contract reinforces the successful collaboration between IGT and ONCE, aiming to deliver innovative and exciting instant ticket options that enhance the overall lottery experience for players in Spain.
