INTRALOT Announces New CEO and Board Formation
INTRALOT has announced a leadership change following the latest Board of Directors meeting held on 7 November 2025. The company appointed Robeson Mandela Reeves as its new Chief Executive Officer, replacing Konstantinos Farris, who stepped down from his position. The Board also confirmed its full formation into a governing body for the ongoing term.

Reeves Joins Board and Assumes CEO Duties
The Board elected Robeson Mandela Reeves as a new member and simultaneously assigned him the role of Chief Executive Officer. His appointment marks a key step in INTRALOT’s executive transition as the company continues to advance its global operations in lottery and gaming technology. Reeves joins INTRALOT with extensive industry experience, although the announcement did not provide further biographical detail.
Board of Directors Officially Formed into a Body
During the same meeting, INTRALOT formalised the structure of its Board of Directors. The body consists of eleven members, combining executive, non-executive and independent non-executive roles. The company confirmed that all criteria required by current legislation continue to be met.

New Executive Roles Confirmed
INTRALOT added that Nikolaos Nikolakopoulos will serve as President, while Chrysostomos Sfatos will take on the role of Chief Operating Officer. These appointments come as the company continues to strengthen its governance and operational oversight ahead of the next strategic cycle.
The Board was elected by shareholders at the General Meeting on 30 May 2024. The six-year term remains in effect, and INTRALOT emphasized that the composition continues to comply with all legal requirements.
