Keith Donoghue Joins William Hill as Horse Racing Ambassador

William Hill has announced the signing of renowned jockey Keith Donoghue as its latest horse racing ambassador. Known for his victories at the Cheltenham Festival, Donoghue will provide exclusive insights and content for the brand’s audience.

A Star Jockey with Proven Success

Keith Donoghue has built an impressive career, with Cheltenham Festival triumphs aboard Tiger Roll, Delta Work, and Limerick Lace. His addition to William Hill’s ambassador roster aligns him with notable figures in the industry, including trainer Gavin Cromwell, broadcaster Jane Mangan, and former top jockeys Sir AP McCoy and Barry Geraghty.

As part of his role, Donoghue will produce a regular column on the William Hill News website, sharing his thoughts on upcoming races and key developments in horse racing. In addition, he will contribute to exclusive video content for William Hill’s social media channels, offering fans behind-the-scenes updates and expert insights.

Andrew McCleave, Head of Marketing at William Hill Ireland, highlighted the significance of Donoghue’s appointment: “We are delighted to have Keith Donoghue join our stable of ambassadors at William Hill. Keith is a phenomenal jockey, and we can’t wait to see what the festival season has in store for him this year.”

Exciting Weekend Ahead

Donoghue’s partnership with William Hill begins just as he prepares for a busy weekend at Cheltenham’s December Meeting. As the lead jockey for fellow William Hill ambassador Gavin Cromwell, he will ride promising contenders such as Stumptown in the Cross Country and Total Look, an exciting juvenile hurdler.

McCleave expressed enthusiasm about Donoghue’s upcoming opportunities: “As lead jockey for fellow William Hill ambassador Gavin Cromwell, he has some great opportunities ahead of him, and we’ll be there to share exclusive updates, behind-the-scenes interviews, and more across all our social content channels.”
