KSA Imposes Penalty on Gamusoft LP Over Illegal Gambling Activities
The Dutch gambling regulator Kansspelautoriteit (KSA) has issued a penalty order against Gamusoft LP, targeting the operator’s unauthorized gambling offer to players in the Netherlands through the website csgofast.com.

KSA Demands Immediate Cessation of Activities
According to the KSA, players from the Netherlands were able to create accounts, make deposits, and participate in gambling activities on the platform without any restrictions. The investigation found that no technical measures had been implemented to prevent Dutch players from accessing the site.
The KSA issued a formal penalty order requiring Gamusoft LP to immediately halt and continue to halt the illegal offering. Failure to comply will result in a penalty of €280,000 per week, with a maximum of €840,000.
“With this penalty order, the KSA demands that Gamusoft LP immediately ceases and continues to cease the illegal offer. If the provider fails to comply, a penalty of €280,000 per week will be imposed, up to a maximum of €840,000.”
Protecting the Regulated Market
The Netherlands maintains a regulated gambling market designed to enhance player protection. The KSA emphasized that it acts firmly against unauthorized providers to safeguard players and uphold the integrity of the legal market.
By using penalty orders, the KSA aims to swiftly put an end to illegal offerings. Operators can also face additional fines for the duration during which the unlawful activities were available to Dutch consumers.
