Bio
Career Background
Mann joined Swintt in 2019 as Business Development Director. He was promoted to CCO in 2020 and CEO in 2022, succeeding David Flynn. Before Swintt, he held commercial and operational roles at Wazdan, Spigo, Betway and William Hill, building experience across both supplier and operator segments of the iGaming industry.
As CEO, Mann has overseen Swintt’s expansion into more than a dozen regulated markets, including Germany, Greece, the Netherlands, Lithuania and Ontario. His strategy is based on three pillars: market compliance, localised product portfolios and partnerships with independent studios via SwinttStudios.
Through the SwinttStudios platform, Mann has also enabled independent developers to launch games under the Swintt framework, with full access to its regulatory infrastructure. The model gives the company scalable content growth while supporting boutique studios in navigating complex licensing requirements.
In early 2024, he led Swintt’s acquisition of Elysium Studios, expanding the company’s portfolio with cinematic, feature-rich games. Swintt now operates across several verticals: Premium (land-based style), Select (mobile-first), Elysium (high-concept), and third-party partner content.
He has also championed product innovation by introducing games with original mechanics and thematic formats. Titles like Crystalium, featuring shifting reels, I Hate Fairytales, with satirical story-driven gameplay, and Pirate Pledge Hold & Win reflect the studio’s technical range and creative evolution. Swintt continues to release seasonal and event-driven content, aligning new launches with key market cycles.
Management Approach
Under Mann, Swintt obtained ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification and continues to treat compliance as a core business function. Each new market entry is preceded by technical adaptation and legal vetting. He has publicly stated that “compliance is not a growth blocker” but a precondition for sustainability.
Mann is known for a hands-on leadership style and close involvement in product, licensing and roadmap planning. He represents Swintt at major industry events and maintains high visibility within regulatory and commercial networks.
He avoids overextension, focusing on integrating existing assets and maximising performance in active markets. He has ruled out further acquisitions in the short term.
In 2025, Swintt plans to enter Italy and Switzerland and release new titles including Crystalium, Pirate Pledge Hold & Win and I Hate Fairytales.
