Jennifer Roberts previously served as Vice President and General Counsel at WynnBET, the online betting division of Wynn Resorts. In that role, she was responsible for overseeing compliance, licensing, and reporting frameworks in multiple U.S. jurisdictions. Her work supported the expansion of Wynn Interactive’s digital footprint during a critical growth period for online sports betting and iGaming.

In 2024, she was appointed Chief Compliance Officer at Resorts World Las Vegas. In this role, Jennifer Roberts leads all aspects of regulatory compliance, registration and licensing, AML, responsible gaming, and technical integrity. Her appointment reflects a broader industry recognition of her leadership in legal risk management and policy implementation.

Legal Practice and Academic Contributions

Jennifer Roberts is also the founder of Roberts Gaming Law, Ltd., a boutique law firm focused on gaming and regulatory issues. Throughout her career, she has worked with operators, suppliers, and government agencies on licensing, compliance strategy, and sports betting regulation.

In addition to her legal practice, Jennifer Roberts has contributed extensively to academic institutions. She has taught gaming law and regulation as an adjunct professor at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) William S. Boyd School of Law and the University of Utah’s S.J. Quinney College of Law. She has also served as Associate Director and interim Executive Director at the International Center for Gaming Regulation at UNLV.
