Bio
Early Career
Kip Levin graduated from the University of Vermont with a degree in Political Science. Soon after, he began his professional path at Forrester Research, where he explored online retail and consumer behavior during the early years of e-commerce.
He later joined Shopzilla, then known as BizRate, taking responsibility for managing major product categories on one of the internet’s first comparison-shopping platforms.
In the early 2000s, Levin moved into entertainment technology. At Ticketmaster and Live Nation, he held senior roles in product and e-commerce at a time when live events were moving online. He helped guide both companies through a period of intense digital transformation, overseeing the shift from traditional ticketing to mobile and online systems.
That environment demanded constant innovation and absolute reliability. Managing millions of transactions each month gave Levin deep insight into security, payments and data protection. It also reinforced his belief that trust is the most valuable form of currency in digital business.
Leading Betfair US and TVG
Levin entered the gaming sector as Chief Executive Officer of Betfair US and TVG. At that time, horse racing was one of the few legal forms of betting in the United States.
He modernized the TVG network, acquiring rival HRTV and launching a second channel known as TVG2. The move expanded TVG’s reach and brought racing to a wider audience through streaming and digital content.
He saw potential in combining media and wagering, and pushed for stronger integration between broadcast rights, technology and regulation. Under his leadership, TVG became a model for how a legacy betting product could evolve into a modern, consumer-focused platform.
The FanDuel Era
In July 2018, following the completion of the merger between Paddy Power Betfair’s U.S. operations and FanDuel, Levin became President and Chief Operating Officer of the newly formed FanDuel Group while continuing as CEO of TVG. The company was at the forefront of the newly opened U.S. sports betting market, and Levin played a central role in its transformation from a daily fantasy operator into a sportsbook leader.
He oversaw expansion across multiple states, coordinated product development and managed operations during one of the fastest growth periods in U.S. gaming history.
Within Flutter Entertainment, FanDuel’s parent company, Levin also served as CEO of FOX Bet and collaborated with international teams on compliance and market alignment. His experience with both the regulatory and commercial sides of the business made him one of the most versatile executives in the group.
GeoComply
In March 2025, Kip Levin became Chief Executive Officer of GeoComply, taking over from co-founder Anna Sainsbury, who moved into the role of Executive Chair. The company was already a cornerstone of the regulated betting market, providing geolocation and fraud-prevention technology to most major operators in North America.
Levin’s appointment signaled the beginning of a new phase. GeoComply started expanding its reach beyond gaming, applying its expertise in verification and compliance to industries such as fintech and streaming. Levin brought with him the perspective of an operator who had relied on GeoComply’s systems and understood their importance to regulatory integrity.
Under his leadership, the company continues to focus on product development and customer trust, positioning itself as a technology partner for the next generation of regulated digital services.
