Key Executive and Board Roles at Yolo Group
Pärt has spent nearly eight years with the Yolo Group (seven years and nine months), moving through key leadership roles before assuming her current governance position. She took on the role of Member of The Supervisory Board in November 2023, a position she has held for two years.
This move followed her substantial tenure as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for three years and three months, starting in September 2020 and concluding in November 2023. Prior to the CEO role, she served as COO from February 2018 to September 2020 (two years and eight months).
During her time as COO, her responsibilities included developing and implementing new business plans, ensuring quality and cost control, and establishing and analysing key business performance indicators. She was also actively involved in evaluating new ventures, building an international network relevant to iGaming and cryptocurrency, and developing her teams.
Broader Experience in Executive and Governance Roles
Pärt’s leadership experience extends beyond the Yolo Group. She has been a Board Member at Kopikas Entertainment OÜ since 2016 (nine years and ten months). In this capacity, she provided guidance on the business model, development, and risk management associated with launching slots.io and obtaining local licenses.
She also held various positions at Heathmont OÜ over a period of five years and nine months in Tallinn, Estonia. This included serving as COO from 2018 to September 2020 (two years and nine months), where she focused on designing and implementing business operations and promoting the company’s culture of innovation. Before that, she was the CFO from 2015 to 2018, where she was responsible for planning and overseeing company financials, managing financial risk, and supervising the accounting team.
Earlier in her career, she held a brief role as a Lecturer at Tallinna Täiendkoolituskeskus in 2013, providing instruction on accounting and assets.

Maarja Pärt’s professional track is supported by a strong educational background in finance and business administration. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration / Finance Management from the University of Tartu, which she completed in 2015. Her foundation was established with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin and Financial management from the Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences / EEK Mainor, completed between 2009 and 2012.
Pärt has also been involved in volunteering as an Event Organizer for the International Cricket Council since January 2012, having aided in organising the ICC European Cricket Championships of Division 3.
