Entering iGaming with Catena Media

Hammon began her career outside the gaming industry. She worked in brand and marketing roles at Switch Digital & Brand and VJ Salomone Marketing, focusing on FMCG products.

Her transition into gaming began at Catena Media in 2017. As Corporate Brand Manager, she worked on corporate communications and brand identity for one of the industry’s major affiliate companies. It was her first exposure to the specific demands of regulated entertainment marketing, where compliance, speed, and brand trust intersect.

Building the Relax Gaming Brand

Hammon joined Relax Gaming in 2019, taking charge of brand and communications. Her remit included product positioning, content strategy, and public relations. Over the following years she advanced through several roles, becoming Head of Marketing in 2022 and Marketing Director in 2024.

During her tenure, Relax Gaming expanded its portfolio and strengthened its reputation among operators and affiliates. Hammon’s department was responsible for developing integrated launch campaigns and ensuring that every release aligned with the company’s identity. Under her direction, the team managed campaigns for titles such as Money Train 4 and Ancient Tumble. Both were treated as flagship products and supported by cross-channel marketing efforts combining content, influencer activity, and media cooperation.

Her approach focused on long-term brand visibility rather than short-term promotional impact. She encouraged closer cooperation with operators and media partners and emphasised measurable communication outcomes. In 2024 she represented Relax Gaming at SBC Summit Lisbon, where she discussed relationship-based B2B marketing and the challenges of differentiation in a crowded supplier market.

A Move Toward Independent Work

In mid-2025 Hammon announced her departure from Relax Gaming. After thirteen years in corporate marketing she launched two ventures: Motive Heights, a brand strategy consultancy, and Motivating Higher, a platform focused on executive visibility and public speaking.

She described the change as a natural step following years of managing international teams and large-scale campaigns. Her consulting activity now centres on brand positioning, communication frameworks, and mentoring marketing professionals in emerging gaming companies.

Hammon remains active in industry discussions through podcasts and conference panels. In 2025 she was named among the Top 70 Most Influential Women in iGaming by iGaming Express.
