Current Leadership
Since October 2020, Matt Prevost has held the critical role of Chief Revenue Officer at BetMGM. In this position, he leads all commercial functions, which encompasses brand development, advertising, trading, business intelligence, CRM, design, and player relationship management. Crucially, he is responsible for managing a substantial budget exceeding $100 million.
His tenure at BetMGM began earlier, as he served as Chief Marketing Officer from January 2019 to October 2020. This was a foundational period for the company, where he acted as the marketing leader for the joint venture, tasked with developing the necessary team and establishing the BetMGM brand in the burgeoning US market, particularly in New Jersey.
European iGaming and Strategic Operational Roles
Prevost’s experience is deeply rooted in Europe, significantly through his tenure as CMO, Coral Interactive at the Gala Coral Group in Gibraltar from August 2012 to December 2015. In this key role, he was in charge of all offline and digital marketing for the Coral Interactive brand within the highly competitive UK market, valued at over £20 billion.
His leadership proved effective, resulting in an increase in revenues of more than 400% since 2011. His management strategy was comprehensive, covering all TV, print, digital, mobile, and social acquisition campaigns, as well as all CRM activity, including conversion, email, SMS, and push messaging, directed at a customer base of over 2 million customers.
Furthermore, he led the digital strategy for multichannel customer recruitment, leveraging over 1,800 retail locations and 10,000 UK-based employees to drive online customer acquisition. He was also instrumental in building the marketing organization, growing the team from zero employees in 2012 to an organization that secured 2 industry awards for marketing excellence in 2014.
Before his full-time immersion in iGaming, Prevost held a variety of influential strategic and operational positions. From April 2017 to December 2019, he served as a Board Member for Housell in Madrid, an online real estate brokerage, providing advice on go-to-market strategy and digital product development.
Concurrently, he was a Senior Operating Executive for Cerberus Operations from January 2016 to January 2019, focusing on private equity operating executive roles within Cerberus portfolio companies. This included a dual role at New Avon from November 2017 to December 2018, serving as Chief Digital Officer, responsible for the digital product, marketing, and e-commerce P&L during a crucial turnaround effort, and simultaneously acting as a Board Member and Chairing the Audit Committee.
His long-standing collaboration with Cerberus Operations began earlier, serving as Vice President Operations from 2005 to August 2012, a period spanning over seven years, including two years in London. In this capacity, he served in various marketing and supply chain interim line management roles across four different portfolio companies in the US and UK.
This included interim roles such as a Strategic Planning Consultant for Torex and Marketing Director for Focus DIY in the UK, where he acted as the operating executive during a significant turnaround effort that eventually recovered £50 million for investors. His career foundation includes work as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from June 2003 to July 2005, and prior product management experience at Electronic Data Systems and Loudcloud, specializing in internet infrastructure and product development.

Matt Prevost’s educational foundation combines business acumen with engineering expertise, a valuable blend for his technology-driven executive roles. He earned an MBA with a specialization in Marketing & Finance from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management between 1998 and 2000.
Prior to his graduate studies, he completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan, where he earned a BSE in Industrial Engineering from 1989 to 1993.
