Early Career and Industry Expertise

Wilson’s career in the gaming sector spans nearly 20 years, with significant leadership roles before joining Light & Wonder. He previously served as President and Managing Director, Americas at Aristocrat, where he played a key role in strengthening the company’s position in the North American market. His expertise in product development, market expansion, and business strategy positioned him as a top executive in the gaming industry.

In March 2020, Wilson joined Light & Wonder (formerly Scientific Games) as Executive Vice President and Group Chief Executive of Gaming. In this role, he oversaw product innovation, supply chain operations, and commercial strategy. His leadership during this period set the foundation for the company’s future direction.
