Phil Pearson joined iGaming Group in 2017 and moved quickly through the ranks. Starting as Head of Sales, he soon became Chief Operating Officer. In 2023, after a company split, he co-founded White Label Casinos and took on the role of CEO. Under his leadership, the company expanded to over 140 employees and supported more than 40 active casino brands. The business offered turnkey solutions, including platform tech, licensing, compliance, and player support. Pearson focused on client freedom, transparency, and modular flexibility – giving partners the tools to grow on their terms.
