Bio
Early Career in Media and Technology
Atucha began his professional journey in the late 1990s, holding roles in content production, digital media, and project management. His early employers included American Express, where he worked as Section Leader, and later Ixone Studios and Zsweet Inc., where he held executive roles in new media and business development.
These positions gave him practical experience in digital communication, creative strategy, and technical execution — all of which laid a foundation for his later work in gaming technology. His background in media also informed his approach to user engagement and branding.
Co-founding Leander Games
In 2008, Atucha co-founded Leander Games, a game development company targeting the European iGaming market. As CEO and later COO, he led the company’s growth from startup phase to established provider, responsible for assembling the initial team, securing investment, and defining the product roadmap.
During his time at Leander, he oversaw the creation of proprietary game titles, integration with third-party platforms, and expansion into regulated jurisdictions. His work also involved adapting products for compliance across multiple markets, giving him direct exposure to the legal and technical demands of cross-border gaming operations.
Leander Games became known for its creative design and reliable technology stack, attracting international clients and aggregators. Atucha’s role was central in building its operational structure and business development model.
Launching Vibra Gaming
In 2020, Atucha established Vibra Gaming with the objective of delivering localized gaming solutions tailored to Latin America. As CEO, he leads the company’s strategic planning, operational management, and commercial partnerships.
Vibra Gaming develops original and branded content, including titles based on Latin American cultural themes and entertainment IPs. The company also offers a proprietary platform built to meet regional regulatory standards and support flexible integration for operators.
The focus is on delivering technology that fits the specific requirements of LatAm markets, where regulation, player behavior, and infrastructure needs vary significantly from other global regions. Vibra Gaming works with both local operators launching online products and international brands entering Latin America for the first time.
Educational Background
Atucha’s academic background includes studies in Mass Communication at the University of Buenos Aires, Digital Media at Universidad Maimónides, and Public Relations at UADE.
Atucha’s extensive experience and leadership have significantly contributed to Vibra Gaming’s position in the Latin American gaming industry.
