Bio

Education and Early Career

Born in 1983, Reeves earned a BSc in Statistics, Operations Research, and Management Studies from University College London (UCL) in 2005. His analytical training provided the groundwork for a career built on metrics, optimization, and performance-focused leadership.

Reeves joined Gamesys Group in 2005, starting his career in operational and strategic roles. His rise through the company reflected both his analytical skills and his ability to scale digital operations effectively.

In 2021, Bally’s acquired Gamesys. Soon after, Reeves was named President of Bally’s Interactive, the company’s online gaming and sports betting division. Reeves was responsible for overseeing Bally’s Interactive operations, which included managing the company’s online casino and sports betting platforms.

During his tenure, Reeves led the division through a period of intense competition and market challenges. Despite these challenges, Reeves’ leadership and expertise were recognized by the company’s board, and he was appointed CEO of Bally’s Corporation, effective March 31, 2023, succeeding Lee Fenton.
