Tim Scoffham

Tim Scoffham is the Chief Executive Officer of Sports.com Media Group and Lottery.com International, divisions of Lottery.com Inc. He is responsible for the company’s global strategy, expansion into regulated markets, and integration of its sports, gaming, and media operations.

Bio

Early Career in Media and Advertising

Tim Scoffham began his career in the UK media industry, working across major broadcasters and advertising networks. He joined Global in 2003 as Advertising Assistant, contributing to sponsorship campaigns for Hit40UK and The A-List & Fresh40 music charts.

He later moved to BBC Studios, where he spent two years managing advertising and sponsorship packages for EMEA and APAC markets. At the same time, he served as a Committee Member of the International Advertising Association (BBC chapter).

From 2006 to 2008, Scoffham worked at Channel 4 as Commercial Executive, helping launch the broadcaster’s on-demand platform 4oD and developing digital and mobile sponsorship packages for clients and agencies.

Building WA.Technology into a Global B2B Platform

In 2021, Tim Scoffham co-founded WA.Technology, a B2B iGaming platform provider offering tailored gaming solutions for global clients. As Chief Executive Officer, he led the company’s international expansion and oversaw the development of modular platforms designed for flexibility and compliance.

Under his leadership, WA.Technology strengthened its position in emerging markets across Latin America and Africa, providing white-label casino systems, sportsbook integration and content aggregation.

The company became recognized for its scalable technology and partnership-driven approach, earning a solid reputation within the global iGaming supply chain.

Transition to Lottery.com

In May 2024, Scoffham began working with Lottery.com as a consultant, advising on international expansion and platform strategy. His appointment as CEO of Sports.com Media Group Limited and Lottery.com International Limited followed in June 2025, as the company moved to align its sports media and gaming operations under a single global structure.

As CEO, Scoffham is responsible for the growth and coordination of both divisions. His priorities include developing strategic partnerships, managing market entries, and building relationships with regulators in key jurisdictions.

He focuses on connecting sports and gaming audiences through data-driven content and digital products. His leadership is seen as central to Lottery.com’s effort to strengthen its international footprint and diversify its product portfolio.
