Bio

Global Advertising and APAC Roles

Osmond’s executive journey began in 1988, serving as a Board Director for Still Price Court Twivy D’Souza Lintas for five years. Her career quickly developed an international focus.

From 1993 to 1995, she was the Regional Director for Lintas in Thailand, responsible for managing personal care products across South East Asia. Following this success, she was promoted to Global Director for Lintas in 1995. She later served as Group Business Director for M&C Saatchi from 1996 to 1998.

A pivotal career move saw Osmond establish and run her own independent marketing consultancy, I Consult, for four years (2000-2004). During this period, she successfully delivered strategic projects for blue-chip clients, including Bentley and the Singaporean Government.

Charity Leadership and Sector Development

Following her consultancy work, Osmond served as a Managing Partner for JWT from 2005 to 2008, working with major global brands such as Unilever and Nestlé. She then held the role of Director of Cause Affinity.

In February 2010, Osmond was appointed CEO of the National Advertising Benevolent Society (NABS). She led the charity for over four years, managing its support services for the media and advertising industries and ensuring its continued financial stability.

After NABS, Osmond served as Managing Partner for Oystercatchers Partnerships. She later held the position of Festival Director for London Tech Week from 2016 to 2019.

Steering GambleAware

Osmond joined GambleAware in September 2018 as a Campaign Advisor. Her deep sector experience and proven leadership abilities led to her promotion to CEO in April 2021. This appointment placed her at the forefront of the UK’s response to gambling-related harms during a period of significant regulatory review.

Her leadership focused on positioning gambling harm as a critical public health issue and driving efforts toward securing a stable funding model for prevention and treatment.

Zoë Osmond concluded her tenure in September 2025. Her departure was managed as part of the process to sunset GambleAware’s commissioning role. This transition transfers the organization’s responsibilities to the UK Government and new commissioners, directly linked to the incoming statutory levy on gambling operators.
