Leadership Reshuffle at Entain Amid Executive Transitions

Entain has announced a series of leadership changes as part of its ongoing transition. The reshuffle includes the appointment of David Satz as Senior Independent Director, alongside adjustments to key committee roles. These developments follow the recent resignation of CEO Gavin Isaacs after just five months in the position.

New Roles for Board Members

David Satz, a Non-Executive Director since October 2020, has been named Senior Independent Director. He will also continue as Chair of the Sustainability & Compliance Committee and a member of the Audit Committee.

Interim Chair Pierre Bouchut has taken on additional responsibilities, now leading both the Capital Allocation and People & Governance Committees. As a result, he has stepped down from his previous role on the Audit Committee. Meanwhile, Helen Ashton has joined the Capital Allocation Committee, further expanding her role within the organization.

Shifts in Committee Responsibilities

Interim CEO Stella David has relinquished her roles in several committees, including Capital Allocation, People & Governance, and Sustainability & Compliance. These changes are part of a broader realignment at Entain as it navigates leadership transitions and governance restructuring.

The board changes reflect Entain’s efforts to refine its leadership structure amid ongoing shifts in its executive team. With Satz assuming his new role and Bouchut expanding his committee leadership, the company continues to adapt to recent departures and evolving strategic priorities.
