LeoVegas Announces Changes to UK Deposit Limits Across All Brands
LeoVegas has informed its UK customers that upcoming changes will alter how deposit limits are calculated across all its brands. The adjustment, which will impact LeoVegas, BetMGM, BetUK, PinkCasino, and 21.co.uk, is designed to provide players with greater flexibility in managing their gaming funds.

The new system will incorporate withdrawals into deposit limit calculations, allowing customers to redeposit withdrawn funds within their set limits. The operator has framed this change as an improvement to financial control, giving players more autonomy over their deposits while maintaining responsible gambling safeguards.
How the New Deposit Limits Work
Currently, LeoVegas brands operate on daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits, with resets occurring at specific times:
- Daily limits reset at midnight each day.
- Weekly limits reset every Monday.
- Monthly limits reset at midnight on the first day of each month.
Under the updated system, if a player withdraws funds, that amount will now be deducted from their total deposit calculation, allowing for additional deposits within their limit.
For example, a player with a £100 monthly deposit limit who deposits £50 and withdraws £20 would previously be restricted to depositing only £50 more. With the new rules, they would now be allowed to deposit £70 instead, as the withdrawal is factored into the available deposit balance.
This change marks a shift toward a less restrictive system, aiming to strike a balance between player freedom and responsible gaming controls. However, LeoVegas has clarified that deposit limits set by its safer gambling team will remain unaffected.
LeoVegas Strengthens Industry Presence with EGBA Membership
Beyond its deposit limit update, LeoVegas has continued to expand its influence within the European iGaming market. In a recent move, the company became the latest member of the European Gaming and Betting Association (EGBA), reinforcing its commitment to responsible gambling practices.
As an EGBA member, LeoVegas joins a group of operators working to enhance industry standards, promote transparency, and improve consumer protections in online gaming. The company will also take part in discussions on issues such as anti-money laundering (AML) measures and responsible gambling initiatives.
BetMGM’s Expansion in Europe
LeoVegas has also been focusing on growing the BetMGM brand in Europe. In October, the operator launched BetMGM in Sweden, marking its third European market. The brand’s success was soon recognized, as BetMGM was named Online Casino of the Year at the Global Gaming Awards.
