Playzia Expands Reach in Greece Through Strategic Partnership with Novibet

Game supplier Playzia has signed a distribution agreement with operator Novibet, covering the regulated Greek market and other jurisdictions where Novibet is active. The deal will make Playzia’s full games portfolio available to the operator’s platform.

Distribution Deal Opens Doors in Regulated Markets

Playzia’s latest move to strengthen its presence in regulated territories comes through a newly formed partnership with Novibet. The deal gives Playzia a direct route into the Greek market, where Novibet has a strong foothold, as well as into other key markets served by the operator.

The agreement is part of a broader growth strategy by Playzia, which continues to focus on regulated expansion and content distribution. The company has been actively targeting partnerships that align with its roadmap for international visibility and long-term positioning among emerging suppliers.

As part of the agreement, Novibet will now offer its users access to Playzia’s full catalog of in-house games. Among the titles included are “Billionaire Rhino,” “Cosmos Cash,” and newer releases like “Medusa Mystic Reels Megaways™,” “Zeus’s Thunderstrike,” and “T-Rex Treasure Hunt Megaways™.”

The portfolio stands out for its use of proprietary mechanics including “Hold and Win,” “Hold and Win Jackpot,” “Retrigger & Stacked Wilds in Free Spins,” and “Persistent Collection & 50 Symbols.”

Executive Commentary from Both Companies

Playzia’s Chief Product Officer, Vlad Modorcea, noted that the partnership marks a key step in the studio’s broader expansion efforts:

“Teaming up with Novibet is a significant milestone for Playzia as we continue to grow our presence in regulated markets. Novibet has a stellar reputation for delivering top-tier gaming experiences, making them an ideal partner for us. We are eager to see players engaging with our games and experiencing the unique entertainment Playzia brings to the table.”

Foteini Matthaiou, Casino Product & CRM Director at Novibet, emphasized the alignment between the two companies’ visions:

“At Novibet, we are committed to elevating the player experience through strategic alliances. Welcoming Playzia’s dynamic game portfolio is a natural next step in delivering innovative, high-quality content that resonates with our players in Greece and beyond.”

The announcement comes as Playzia gains traction in the industry, having been recently shortlisted for two categories at the EGR B2B Awards 2025: Slot Supplier (Under 5 Years) and Software Rising Star.

In parallel with its core product strategy, Playzia is also investing in branded content. The developer has secured an exclusive licensing agreement with ITV, the UK broadcaster behind Love Island. The deal will allow Playzia to launch a dedicated game series based on the popular television format, integrating reality TV elements into the gameplay.
