Push Gaming Appoints Andy Bentley as COO in Leadership Restructure
Push Gaming has announced a major reorganisation of its leadership team, appointing Andy Bentley as Chief Operating Officer. The move strengthens the company’s executive lineup as it prepares for significant growth following its acquisition by MGM Resorts.

New COO Appointment
Push Gaming has named Andy Bentley as its new Chief Operating Officer.
Bentley, who has worked closely with Push Gaming on strategic projects over the past six months, brings extensive experience from leading industry names such as Ladbrokes, Genting, and the Gauselmann Group.
His new role will focus on marketing, project delivery, and capitalising on the opportunities presented by Push Gaming’s recent acquisition by MGM Resorts.
Executive Team Reorganisation
In addition to Bentley’s appointment, Push Gaming has restructured its leadership team, with Co-Founder Winston Lee stepping into the role of Co-CEO alongside James Marshall, who previously held the position solely.
Lee will continue to manage legal, compliance, finance, and live operations, while Marshall will oversee product development, people and culture, and sales.
Ambitious Plans for Growth
James Marshall, Co-CEO of Push Gaming, expressed confidence in Bentley’s ability to drive the company’s growth:
“Andy has been working with us for the past six months on some of our strategic projects for the US and Brazil, so while he’s been a regular face for us here, we want to officially welcome him on board. He joins with brilliant experience from senior positions in B2C operations and I couldn’t think of anyone better to help drive us on to the next chapter of growth.”
Looking Ahead
Andy Bentley, in his new COO role, shared his enthusiasm for the company’s future:
“I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time consulting with the incredible team at Push so far and I’m honoured to have been offered the opportunity to take on such an exciting permanent role. Push Gaming is a brand that I have long admired and is a company with fantastic scope for future growth- so I’m thrilled to be a part of that mission.”
As Push Gaming enters the upcoming year, the company aims to build momentum with a series of new game launches in Q1 2025 and the expansion of its global partnerships.
