QiH Group Appoints James McCarthy as CMO to Lead Marketing Expansion
QiH Group has announced the appointment of James McCarthy as Chief Marketing Officer, a strategic move that underscores the affiliate company’s ambition to strengthen its position in the iGaming space. McCarthy will officially begin his new role on 2 June, bringing experience from Betfair, Betway, and LiveScore Media to guide QiH’s growing marketing division.

New Leadership to Accelerate Marketing Growth
With his new role based in London, McCarthy is set to oversee a team of 17 marketers, which is expected to expand to 27 in the coming months. His primary responsibilities will include boosting profitability across all marketing channels and enhancing the team’s commercial effectiveness. The appointment is part of QiH Group’s broader plan to maintain double-digit growth by refining its marketing strategy and deepening its commercial partnerships.

A Background in Sports Media and Betting
McCarthy joins QiH Group from LiveScore Media, where he served as Managing Director. His career also includes senior roles at major betting operators such as Betfair and Betway Group. At QiH, his mandate will focus on leveraging this extensive industry background to reinforce the company’s performance across regulated markets. McCarthy said:
