Ramiro Atucha Establishes Strategic Advisory Firm After Leaving Vibra Gaming
Former Vibra Gaming CEO Ramiro Atucha has launched Atucha Strategic Advisory, a new consultancy aimed at supporting gaming and technology companies with strategic growth and business development.

Former Vibra Gaming CEO Launches New Advisory Firm
Following his departure from Vibra Gaming earlier this year, Ramiro Atucha has formally unveiled Atucha Strategic Advisory, a boutique consultancy designed to work with a select group of companies worldwide. The firm will initially concentrate on the Latin American market, providing tailored guidance on market entry, corporate structure, strategic alignment, and product positioning.
Atucha’s professional background spans over 20 years, including pivotal roles at Leander Games and Vibra Gaming, where he played a central role in shaping each brand’s global presence. Before entering the gaming industry, he led Ixone Studios, an Argentina-based software and digital identity company serving clients in the United States.
“Over the years, I’ve become increasingly passionate about those strategic conversations that define a company’s direction. Whether it’s expanding into new markets, refining corporate structures, or ensuring the right people are in the right roles – these are the challenges that create long-term success. My goal is to share the experience that only time in the field can bring with a select few businesses that inspire me and where I can truly make a difference. The lessons learned, the perspective earned, and a deep respect for what it takes to build something that lasts are at the heart of my advisory,” said Atucha.

First Advisory Clients to Be Announced Soon
Ramiro Atucha’s experience leading regulated ventures in Europe and the U.S. with Leander Games and in Latin America with Vibra Gaming gives him a global outlook that few executives in the sector can match.
Later this month, he plans to announce the first companies joining his advisory portfolio.
