ReferOn Introduces Refie, Its New Living Interface

ReferOn has unveiled Refie, a dynamic interface designed to bring awareness and human-like interaction to affiliate management. Positioned as the platform’s new “living layer,” Refie transforms system logic into intuitive visual feedback, redefining how users experience data within ReferOn.

A Human Touch to Affiliate Management

Refie is not a chatbot or virtual mascot but an integrated UX component that reflects how the ReferOn system reacts and responds in real time. Appearing during onboarding and on system status pages, Refie visually translates platform activity, making complex affiliate data easier to interpret. By guiding attention and reducing distractions, it helps affiliate managers make faster, more accurate decisions. The concept, described by the team as “lazy intelligence,” is about systems that anticipate user needs – enabling professionals to focus on strategic actions rather than mechanical tasks. Refie embodies this shift, serving as the visible step toward a smarter, more intuitive affiliate environment.

From Visual Awareness to Intelligent Assistance

Refie’s launch marks the beginning of a broader evolution for ReferOn. The company plans to expand his role from a visual guide to a personalized AI assistant capable of supporting decision-making and engagement.

Vlad Bondarenko, Head of Product at ReferOn, said:

“Refie isn’t just an add-on or feature – it’s a reflection of how our platform and team think. For years, affiliate platforms have been built for reporting, not for people. We wanted to change that. Refie was born to simplify. He embodies how we think about technology: clarity, control, and connection should feel natural, not forced. With Refie, ReferOn has learned how to say hi – not with words, but quietly, through awareness. It’s how the system shows it understands what’s happening. He represents the moment ReferOn moved beyond functionality and toward awareness, emotion, and intelligence. The launch goal is to show that the era of faceless B2B tools is ending.”

Visitors will be able to experience Refie firsthand at SiGMA Central Europe in Rome, where ReferOn will showcase the feature and its roadmap toward a more human-centered affiliate experience.
