Scientific Games Strengthens Danish Lottery Operations with New Player Management System
Scientific Games (SG) and Danske Spil have reinforced their collaboration with the implementation of a modernised player account management system (PAM), advancing the Danish lottery operator’s capabilities in digital and retail gaming.
Enhanced Platform for Players in Denmark
Scientific Games’ updated PAM system will provide streamlined player registration, segmented wallets, and responsible gaming tools, integrating across all game categories.
The system supports a diverse range of offerings, including instant and draw-based games, casino, bingo, and sports betting, catering to players across both digital and retail channels.

Long-Standing Collaboration
The partnership between SG and Danske Spil dates back over 20 years, during which SG has provided innovative solutions such as the proprietary SYMPHONY gaming system and WAVE retail terminals. The new PAM replaces a system in use since 2016, demonstrating both companies’ commitment to technological evolution.
