As part of the agreement, scoreconnect will integrate its suite of engagement tools with Aposta 1’s three core brands. The partnership includes the implementation of WhatsApp Channel for player retention, VIP One-on-One Management for personalized gaming experiences, and Telegram Play for direct betting. Additionally, Aposta 1 will leverage scoreconnect’s Telegram CRM to optimize customer interactions and the Tipster Module to provide expert betting insights, fostering a community-driven approach.

Aposta 1 will also benefit from scoreconnect’s AI-powered Game Suggestion Module, which recommends tailored betting options, and the Real-time Market Optimization tool, which dynamically adjusts odds to optimize the betting experience. These features aim to enhance player engagement while ensuring compliance with Brazil’s evolving regulatory landscape.
