SOFTSWISS Extends Movember Campaign to Support Men’s Health and Wellbeing

SOFTSWISS, iGaming software provider, is increasing its participation in Movember 2024, the global movement to improve men’s health. Focusing on physical and mental wellbeing, the company is engaging employees and the wider community through meaningful activities to raise awareness of key health issues.

Building on Last Year’s Success

After a successful first year in 2023, SOFTSWISS is doubling down on its Movember campaign this year with the slogan “Talk It Out! Act It Out!” The campaign is about prostate and testicular cancer and mental health. Movember has over 5 million supporters worldwide and aims to reduce the rate of men’s health issues by 2030.

Key Activities and New Additions

Eleven SOFTSWISS senior and middle managers are ambassadors for this year’s campaign and will be using their channels to promote the initiative. The Moustache Challenge, where participants grow moustaches throughout November, is back as the main activity.

New this year is an anonymous mental health support channel for SOFTSWISS employees, launched in partnership with an online counselling service. The campaign also includes social activities, with a table football tournament in SOFTSWISS offices in Warsaw, Poznań and Tbilisi.

Movember is part of SOFTSWISS’ health activities. During Pink October SOFTSWISS covers the costs of ultrasound and mammogram tests for female employees. SOFTSWISS has been recognised as “Employer of the Year” at the SBC Awards this year.

Leadership Perspective

Ivan Montik, SOFTSWISS Founder, said: “Without good health, we cannot thrive in life or in business. In our busy lives, it is too easy to overlook our well-being. At SOFTSWISS, we wholeheartedly embrace the ‘WE CARE’ value – not only in our work but also in caring for ourselves and each other. This Movember, we encourage everyone to take a moment to reflect on what truly matters. Prioritising self-care is essential for building a successful future. Together, we can foster a culture of health and well-being that strengthens our community.”
