SOFTSWISS Names Max Trafimovich as International Non-Executive Director
Max Trafimovich has taken on a new role at SOFTSWISS as International Non-Executive Director. After more than a decade with the company, he will now focus on strategic guidance and independent board-level support.

A move toward independent strategic oversight
SOFTSWISS created the new position to bring broader insight into its long-term planning. In this role, Trafimovich will no longer handle daily operations. Instead, he will concentrate on identifying opportunities, connecting business areas, and offering external perspectives.
The appointment reflects the company’s intention to strengthen its leadership as it navigates a rapidly evolving market.
Over ten years of leadership experience
Since joining SOFTSWISS in 2013, Trafimovich has played a central role in shaping the company’s direction. He started as a Business Development Manager and moved up through key commercial roles. As Chief Commercial Officer, he led the company’s expansion into new markets and supported multiple acquisitions.
“Max’s deep understanding of our business and his brilliant business skills have been invaluable assets to SOFTSWISS. We are confident that in his new role as International Non-Executive Director, Max will continue to provide insightful guidance that will propel our company to new heights”, Ivan Montik, Founder of SOFTSWISS said.
A broader lens for long-term planning
“As SOFTSWISS continues moving forward with steadfast ambition, I’m excited to take on this new challenge. This role offers a unique opportunity to look at the business from a wider perspective – to spot patterns, connect the dots, and bring forward transformative ideas. I look forward to contributing to our long-term strategy in a more independent and cross-functional way”, Max Trafimovich said.
Participation in SiGMA Americas
Trafimovich will represent SOFTSWISS at the upcoming SiGMA Americas Summit in São Paulo, running from April 7 to 10, 2025. He will join other team members at the SOFTSWISS Stand M85.
Among them will be Rubens Barrichello, Non-Executive Director for Latin America. Barrichello is expected to deliver a keynote speech during the event.
