SOFTSWISS Reports 16,000 Responsible Gambling Cases
SOFTSWISS has announced that its Responsible Gambling team handled approximately 16,000 cases in the first half of 2025. The company highlighted new initiatives designed to strengthen compliance, support operators, and enhance player protection across regulated markets.

Expanding Responsible Gambling Efforts
According to SOFTSWISS, the 16,000 cases included self-exclusion requests, proactive interventions, and behavioural checks. These measures were part of a wider effort to ensure compliance in multiple jurisdictions where its partners operate. The team launched a monthly Responsible Gambling Video Digest, an animated series providing updates on policies and practical guidance.
In addition, bilingual training modules were developed for First Line Support and CRM teams to improve collaboration and consistency across departments. The Responsible Gambling unit also worked closely with AML, Legal, and Complaints teams to maintain a unified approach to player protection. External training programmes supported by certified learning modules further broadened employee knowledge across the company.
Emilia Kurzynska, Team Lead of Responsible Gambling, said:
“Our mission is to ensure that player well-being is always a priority embedded in every process. The growing number of Responsible Gambling cases shows that awareness is rising, and we meet this demand with reliable tools and timely interventions to effectively support every operator.”
Technology And Industry Engagement
SOFTSWISS has continued to enhance its Risk Scoring Tool, developed in cooperation with the Research and Development department. This system applies machine learning algorithms to identify risky player behaviour more accurately, aligning with evolving regulatory requirements. The company stated that responsible gambling remains central to its operations, combining technology with compliance-driven initiatives.
In November 2025, SOFTSWISS will present its work at the SiGMA Central Europe Summit, Stand 4016 G, where partners and visitors can discuss responsible gambling practices and explore collaborative opportunities. The company will also showcase its 2026 iGaming Trends Report and introduce interactive experiences at the event. These initiatives demonstrate SOFTSWISS’ focus on combining innovation with player protection strategies in a changing regulatory environment.
