Sportingtech Expands Global Footprint with New Malta Office
Betting and gaming platform provider Sportingtech has strengthened its international presence by opening a new office in Sliema, Malta. This move is part of the company’s ongoing expansion strategy and reflects its commitment to providing enhanced support for global partners.
A Strategic Move to Sliema
Sportingtech’s new Sliema office represents a significant upgrade from its previous location in St Julian’s. The office has been designed with modernity and collaboration in mind, offering state-of-the-art facilities to foster innovation and operational efficiency. The new location accommodates over 60 team members across various departments, including account management, legal and compliance, HR, sportsbook and casino product management, finance, and sales, alongside C-Level executives.
This development follows an earlier expansion in Sofia, Bulgaria, in October, as Sportingtech continues to scale its operations and strengthen its global footprint.

Expanding Global Reach
The opening of the Sliema office is another milestone in Sportingtech’s broader expansion strategy. The company now operates offices in five global locations: São Paulo, Sofia, London, Lisbon, and Malta.
Sportingtech’s platform offerings, including a sportsbook covering over 70 sports, with more than 1,300 betting markets and 800,000 live events annually. The platform processes over 10 billion bets each month, reflecting its robust operational capabilities.
In addition, Sportingtech’s casino portfolio includes more than 10,000 games, ranging from slots and table games to live dealer experiences and poker. These games are sourced from over 100 design studios, showcasing the company’s commitment to variety and quality.
