Symplify and WiseGaming Forge Strategic Partnership
Stockholm-based Symplify has announced a strategic partnership with WiseGaming, a sports betting and gaming platform provider. This collaboration aims to enhance WiseGaming’s service offerings by integrating Symplify’s advanced CRM, data hub, and communication channels into its platform.

Enhanced CRM and AI Capabilities
WiseGaming’s platform, known for its extensive portfolio of turnkey and white-label solutions, will now incorporate Symplify’s Campaign and Journey builder modules.
These tools, along with comprehensive site conversion testing modules, will enable WiseGaming to offer its partners AI-optimised and customised player experiences.
New Engagement Tools
Symplify has also expanded its suite of engagement tools with the introduction of an Instant Messaging service. This new channel, which debuted with Telegram, is designed to support multiple messaging services in the future.
